Creating an expire action

An expire action changes the status of an item from "published" to "expired".

About this task

To create an expire action, open the applications menu and go to Content > Web Content Management and then click

  1. Defining identification details for the expire action
    Specify identification information for the expire action, including the name, title and description of the expire action.
  2. Specify a location for the expire action
    When creating a expire action you can specify the location of the expire action.
  3. Define additional expire action properties
    Specify properties for the expire action, including the list of authors and owners associated with the expire action.
  4. Defining expire action access settings
    Specify the access control settings for the expire action to determine which users have access to the expire action and their level of access.
